MEET HELEN & DANIEL

We started more than 20 years ago on Academy Road as Desserts By Daniel, went to Bannatyne Avenue and then set up the Pastry Castle in the Exchange District. From there we expanded into Lakewood Plaza, then decided to focus on that single location. But we wanted to go back downtown. We are excited to be open in our location on Edmonton Street, across from the modern Manitoba Hydro building.

Ours is a local family business, run by husband and wife team Helen and Daniel. Some evenings and weekends, you might even see our children with their ready smiles. Stop in anytime to check out our display cases of fresh baking. Daniel is always creating something delicious, and many say that Helen makes the best lattes in town. We invite you for your morning coffee and fresh croissant, lunch, and afternoon work break, or special after-work spot. Win some points in the office by picking up a few treats for your colleagues, or dropping in so you can return home with a surprise for your special someone. And remember, we can even deliver to nearby locations.
